Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad obrađena je tematika rekonstrukcije građevine u centru grada, konkretno je riječ o zgradi Transadria u gradu Rijeci te je projekt obnove iste u realizaciji. Tijekom izrade analizirana je specifičnost lokacije promatranog objekta, odnosno položaj objekta u centru grada i objekata prehrane koji se nalaze u prizemlju zgrade. Razrađena su potencijalna rješenja postavljanja skele i izvedbe radova. Izračunato je trajanje pojedinih vrsta radova te su dobiveni rezultati prikazani u grafičkom obliku. Analiza je pokazala kako je za način izvođenja radova na svim pročeljima u isto vrijeme potrebno trostruko manje vremena od izvođenja radova pročelje po pročelje. Izvođenje svih pročelja u isto vrijeme iziskuje trostruko više resursa za koje je potrebno osigurati prostor.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final thesis is the reconstruction of a building in the city center, specifically the Transadria building in the city of Rijeka, which is currently in the renovation project. During the process, the specificity of the location of the observed building was analyzed, including its position in the city center and the presence of food establishments on the ground floor of the building. Potential solutions for scaffolding placement and execution of works were developed. The duration of individual types of work was calculated, and the results were presented in a graphical form. The analysis revealed that conducting the works on all facades simultaneously requires three times less time compared to carrying out the works façade by façade. However, simultaneous work on all facades requires three times more resources, for which sufficient space needs to be provided.
