Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je laboratorijsko određivanje postojanosti litoloških članova flišne stijenske mase: pješčenjaka i prahovnjaka različitih stupnjeva trošnosti - svježi i trošni. Postojanost stijene odnosi se na njezinu sposobnost da se odupre procesima trošenja koji mogu značajno utjecati na njenu čvrstoću i svojstva. Ona često ovisi o međudjelovanju stijene i vode (eng. slaking), i rezultira raspadanjem čestica i lomljenjem stijene. Tim procesom dolazi do ubrzane degradacije stijena. U sklopu istraživanja, sedam uzoraka stijene s pokosa iz okolice Buzeta sa Istarskog poluotoka je podvrgnuto ispitivanju postojanosti u pet ciklusa kako bi se odredio indeks postojanosti, indeks raspadanja i potencijalni indeks raspadanja. Prikazani su rezultati istraživanja koji su dobiveni metodom dinamičkog pokusa određivanja postojanosti stijene, kroz cikluse vlaženja i susšenja (eng. Slake Durability Test). Uzorci su prema rezultatima i izračunatim vrijednostima prethodno navedenih indeksa klasificirani po kategorijama postojanosti.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this research is laboratory determination of the durability of lithological flysch rock components: sandstone, and siltstone of two weathering classes - fresh and moderately weathered. Rock durability refers to its ability to withstand weathering processes that can significantly affect its strength and properties. It often depends on the interaction between the rock and water (known as slaking), resulting in particle breakdown and rock fragmentation. This process leads to accelerated rock degradation. As part of the research, seven rock samples from the slope near City Buzet at Istrian peninusla were subjected to testing over five cycles to determine the durability indeks, degradation ratio and potential degradation index. The research results are presented, which were obtained through Slake Durability Test. Based on the results and calculated index values, the samples were categorized according to durability classification.
