Abstract
U ovom završnom radu biti će izrađen projekt organizacije građenja stambeno poslovne građevine Green Hills Living u Karlovcu. Predmetna građevina smještena je na građevinsku česticu površine 4980.00 m2. Sastoji se od jedne podrumske etaže te dvije dilatacije (zgrade) iznad nulte kote terena koje su međusobno povezane spomenutim podrumom. Svaka od dilatacija sastoji se od prizemlja + sedam katova. Obje dilatacije se izdižu oko 25 metara iznad kote terena. Za podlogu za rad biti će korišten glavni arhitektonski projekt i troškovnik obrtničkih radova dobiven uz suglasnost od investitora. U projektu organizacije građenja u uvodnom dijelu biti će prikazan tehnički opis građevine, opis lokacije, usklađenost s prostorno-planskom dokumentacijom, nacrtna dokumentacija, opis tehnologije izvođenja radova. Potom u glavnom dijelu projekta biti će prikazan proračun radnih učinaka strojeva, dimenzioniranje radnih grupa, izrada vremenskog plana građenja, te shema organizacije građenja.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis will be created the project of organization the construction of residential and commercial building Green Hills Living in Karlovac. The building in subject is located on a building - plot of 4980.00 m2. It consists of one basement level and two expansions (buildings) above ground level, which are connected to each other by the aforementioned basement. Each of the expansions consists of a ground float seven floors. Both dilatations rise above around 25 meters above the ground level. The basis for the work will be the main architectural project and the cost list of artisan works from the investor, the company "AB Gradnja" d.o.o. In the introductory part of the project of organization the construction will be represented the technical description of the building, description of the technology of the execution works. After that, in the main part of the project, the calculation of the working efficiency of the machines, the budget of working groups, the creation of the construction time plan and the organization scheme of the construction will be represented.
