Abstract
U ovom Završnom radu priprema se ponuda za odabrani objekt visokogradnje. Projekt je za stambenu građevinu na građevinskog čestici k.č. 3130/7 k.o. Galižana. Na parceli će biti izgrađena samostojeća stambena građevina namijenjena za stalni boravak, koja će sadržati jednu stambenu jedinicu, ukupne građevinske bruto površine manje od 400 m². Ponuda obuhvaća izradu izvođačkog troškovnika za pojedinačne građevinske i obrtničke radove, uključujući armirano-betonske radove, zidarske, krovopokrivačke i limarske radove, sve u skladu s preuzetom tehničkom dokumentacijom za odabrani objekt. Za spomenute radove su izrađene analize cijena primjenom građevinskih normativa. Na kraju rada je prikazana rekapitulacija troškova kao i prikaz udjela troškova pojedinih radova u ukupnoj strukturi troškova. Prema dobivenim rezultatima s najvećim udjelom troškova u izrađenom troškovniku sudjeluju betonski i armiranobetonski radovi.
Abstract (english)
This final paper prepares an offer for the selected high-rise building. The project is for a residential building on a construction lot, cp. 3130/7 k.o. Galižana. A detached residential building intended for permanent residence will be built on the plot, containing one residential unit, with a total gross construction area of less than 400 m². The offer includes creating a contractor's cost list for selected construction and craft works, including reinforced concrete, masonry, roofing and sheet metal, all by the downloaded technical documentation for the selected object. For the works above, price analyses were made using construction norms. At the end of the paper, a recapitulation of costs is presented, as well as a presentation of the share of the expenses of individual works in the overall cost structure. According to the results, concrete and reinforced concrete work has the largest share of costs in the created cost sheet.
