Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad posvećen je proučavanju normi i pravilnika važećih diljem Europe i svijeta. S posebnom su pažnjom razvrstane te navedene smjernice vezane uz oblikovanje parametara pješačkih mostova i staza, koje u najvećoj mjeri utječu na pristupačnost mostu. Tako su izneseni zahtjevi vezani uz parametre oblikovanja poput korisne visine i širine mosta, rukohvata i ograda te rampi i stubišta. U ovome radu provedena su mjerenja parametara oblikovanja pješačkih mostova koji premošćuju Riječku obilaznicu. Potom je na temelju rezultata mjerenja izvedena ocjena pristupačnosti pješačkih mostova sukladno važećim europskim i svijetskim normativima. U radu su dani prijedlozi mogućih preinaka parametara oblikovanja s ciljem stvaranja pješačkih mostova sigurnijih i dostupnijih za korištenje svim skupinama korisnika.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is dedicated to the study of design standards and regulations valid throughout Europe and the world. With special attention, guidelines related to the design of parameters of pedestrian bridges and paths that have the greatest impact on the accessibility of the bridge were classified and specified. Thus, requirements related to design parameters were presented such as the usable height and width of the bridge, handrails and railings, as well as ramps and staircases. In this thesis, measurements of the design parameters of pedestrian bridges crossing the Rijeka bypass were conducted. Based on the measurement results, an assessment of the accessibility of pedestrian bridges was conducted in accordance with current European and global standards. In thesis, suggestions were given for possible modifications of the design parameters with the aim of creating pedestrian bridges safer and more accessible for use by all groups of users.
