Abstract
Za procjenu utjecaja građevina na okoliš je potrebno razmotriti sve faze gradnje uključujući uporabu prirodnih sirovina za proizvodnju građevnih proizvoda, način građenja, uporabu iste građevine i naposljetku rušenje i recikliranje. Smatra se da je građevinarstvo jedna od djelatnosti koja troši najveći iznos prirodnih resursa kao što su agregati, voda, drvo i različite prirodne sirovine za proizvodnju legure. Recikliranjem građevnog otpada i njegovom ponovnom uporabom za različite namjene smanjuje se potreba za eksploatacijom prirodnih resursa te se rješava problem odlaganja i zauzimanja novog prostora. Unatoč tim informacijama, trenutni stupanj reciklaže građevnog otpada u Republici Hrvatskoj ne prelazi 7%, a iz građevnog otpada izdvoji se tek oko 11% sekundarnih sirovina.
Abstract (english)
For environmental impact assessment, all construction phases, including the use of natural raw materials for the production of construction products, the way of construction, the use of the same structure and finally demolition and recycling, need to be considered. Construction is considered to be one of the industries that consume the largest amount of natural resources such as aggregates, water, wood and various natural raw materials for the production of alloys. Recycling of construction waste and its reuse for various uses reduces the need for exploitation of natural resources and solves the problem of disposal and taking up new space. Despite this information, the current level of recycling of construction waste in the Republic of Croatia does not exceed 7%, and only about 11% of secondary raw materials are extracted from construction waste.
