Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu rada opisan je povijesni razvoj Liča, sama lokacija mjesta, klimatske prilike te prometna povezanost mjesta sa okolicom i primorjem. Navedene su postojeće zakonske regulative i plan uređenja građevinskog područja Liča, koje su vezane za izradu projekta i temeljne smjernice kojim sam se vodio pri izradi diplomskog rada. Napravljen je arhitektonski snimak postojećeg stanja objekta, umetnuta fotodokumentacija, te je napravljeno idejno rješenje rekonstrukcije stambene kuće.
