Abstract
U ovom se radu daje pregled staklenih stijena ovješenih na prednapetim kablovima (eng. Cable net wall) kao alternativnog sustava za izradu ostakljenja velikih površina. Iako ove fasade konceptualno ne predstavljaju posebnu novost, njihov je atipični dizajn od ograničavajućeg faktora postao glavni adut u utakmici s ostalim sustavima u slučajevima ostakljenja velikih površina i zahtjevnih geometrija. Glavna karakteristika u konstruktivnom smislu je izostanak krute nosive konstrukcije, a čiju ulogu preuzimaju prednapeti kablovi u kojima se pod djelovanjem opterećenja aktiviraju uzdužne sile. U radu su opisani osnovni principi oblikovanja i proračuna staklene stijene ovješene na vertikalnim prednapetim kablovima, a prema primjeru izvedene staklene stijene na Međunarodnoj zračnoj luci Mumbai u Indiji. Proračunski primjer temeljen je na dostupnim podacima iz projekta, a dodatno su provedene analize opravdanosti uporabe različitih pristupa modeliranju ovakvih fasada. U proračunu je korišten alat za FEM analizu, Strand (Straus), u kojem je provedena nelinearna statička analiza prednapetih kablova. Cilj rada je kroz proračunski primjer dati detaljan i jasan uvid u opće ponašanje staklenih stijena ovješenih na prednapetim kablovima kao i njihovih pojedinih dijelova nužnih za sigurno i trajno funkcioniranje fasade.
Abstract (english)
This paper gives an overview of cable net walls as an alternative system for the making of large surface glazing. Though these facades do not conceptually present a special novelty, their atypical design has become, from being the limiting factor, the main advantage in the match with other systems in cases of glazing large surfaces and demanding geometries. The main characteristic in a constructive sense is the absence of a rigid bearing structure, whose role assume cables in which longitudinal forces are activated by the loads. The paper describes the basic principles of shaping and calculating the vertical cable net walls, according to the example of cable net wall made at the International Airport of Mumbai in India. The calculating example is based on the available data from the project, and the analysis of justification for using different approaches when modeling such facades has been additionally implemented. In the calculation is used FEM analysis tool, Strand 7 (Straus), in which a nonlinear static analysis of cables is implemented. The aim of the paper is to provide a detailed and clear insight into the general conduct of cable net walls through a calculating example as into the conduct of their individual parts necessary for the safe and permanent functioning of the facade.
