Abstract
U radu je prikazan zahvat idejnog rješenja glamping kampa u naselju Risika na otoku Krku. Prije početka izrade bilo je potrebno sagledati sve bitne tržišne trendove kretanja ponude i potražnje kampova u Hrvatskoj. Konkurentsko okruženje kampa Katlov sagledano je iz perspektive iskorištenosti usporedivih kampova u širem okruženju. Za potrebe projektiranja bilo je potrebno izvršiti i terensko snimanje zatečenog stanja predmetnog područja. Nakon obrade podataka dobivene su potrebne podloge na osnovu kojih je izvršeno projektiranje. Izvedeni su tlocrti i presjeci za mobilne kućice, glamping šatori, te servisno-uslužni objekti kao što su: recepcija, sanitarni čvor, restoran, lounge bar, kiosk. Sastavni dio dokumetacije je i situacija postojećeg stanja, situacija novo stanje, te situacija koncept namjena. Na samom kraju izvedeni su renderi (3D prikaz).
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the application of the conceptual solution of the glamping camp in the settlement Risika on the island of Krk. Before the start of the development, it was necessary to observe all the important market trends of supply and demand of campsites in Croatia. The competitive environment of the Katlov campsite is seen from the perspective of using comparable camps in a wider environment. For the purposes of design, it was necessary to perform field survey of the current state of the subject area. After the processing of data, the necessary backgrounds were obtained based on which the design was performed. Plots and sections for mobile homes, glamping tents, and service and service facilities such as reception, sanitary facility, restaurant, lounge bar, kiosk were performed. An integral part of the documentation is the situation of the present situation, the situation is a new state, and the situation is the concept of purpose. At the end, rendering (3D display) is performed.
