Abstract
Posljednjih godina uspješno raste usvajanje BIM pristupa na svjetskoj razini. Sve je veći interes za njegovim korištenjem pri projektiranju, izvođenju i održavanju. Primjena BIM tehnologije polako zamjenjuje tradicionalno 2D crtanje. Tema diplomskog rada sastoji se od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom djelu rada obrađena je tema BIM pristupa kako bi se bolje razumjelo značenje tehnologije i njezine primjene. U praktičnom djelu rada izrađen je trodimenzionalni model temeljne konstrukcije trgovačkog objekta – supermarket Plodine u Funtani. Korištenjem BIM programa Allplan 2018 modelirana je i armirana 3D temeljna konstrukcija. Iz modela su izrađeni grafički prilozi: pregledna situacija, tlocrt temelja, tlocrt pilota, tlocrt podbetoniranja, poprečni presjeci te nacrti i iskazi armature.
Abstract (english)
Over the last few years, great attention has been paid to the successful spread of BIM approach worldwide and to higher demands for it's use in design, construction and maintenance. Use of BIM technology slowly replaces the traditional 2D drawing. The theme of this paper includes theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes BIM approach in order to better understand the meaning and importance of this technology. The practical part contains the final 3D model of foundation construction of shopping building - Plodine in Funtana. Using BIM program Allplan the 3D model of foundation construction is modeled. The results of modeling the foundation construction are graphical attachments: review situation, ground plan of foundation, ground plan of the pilot construction, ground plan of concreting under foundations, cross sections and reinforcement drawings.
