Abstract
U radu je prikazana izrada ponude za građevinski objekt Dom zdravlja u Novom Vinodolskom prema dokumentaciji preuzetoj uz suglasnost poduzeća AG PROJEKT d.o.o. Na temelju preuzete dokumentacije izrađen je izvođački troškovnik koji obuhvaća sljedeće vrste radova: prethodni, zemljani, armirano-betonski, armirački, zidarski te izolaterski radovi. Za navedene radove izračunate su analize jediničnih cijena, primjenom normativa iz više navedenih izvora. Izračunati su praktični učinci strojeva za pojedine vrste radova te su izračunati normativi strojnog rada. Na osnovu rekapitulacije prikazana je struktura učešća pojedinih vrsta radova u ukupnoj cijeni s kratkim obrazloženjem.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the preparation of a bid for the building of the Health Center in Novi Vinodolski according to the documentation taken with the consent of the company AG PROJEKT d.o.o. On the basis of the documentation the execution costs were calculated, which includes the following types of works: preliminary, earthen, reinforced concrete, reinforcement, masonry and isolation works. For those papers, the analysis of unit prices was calculated using the norms from several sources. The practical effects of machines for individual types of works were calculated and calculations were made of machine work norms. Based on the recapitulation, the structure of the participation of certain types of works is presented in the total price with a brief explanation.
