Abstract
Javni prostor na više razina kao ekstenzija partera. Podjela prostora i njihovo uređenje opsjeda zgradu prostornim događajima i kulturnim manifestacijama. Zgrada postaje monumentalizirani park na više razina. Poprima karakter zbivanja. Potencira problematiku prostora kao resursa tako da multiplicira tlocrtnu površinu na sedam nivoa kako bi se izvukao maksimum parcele koja ima javnu namjenu. Funkcionira kao zelena oaza u betonskoj džungli. Edukativnog je karaktera, informira i educira građane o ekološkim problemima pomoću zabavnih sadržaja. Negira kontekst, ne treba grad, natječe se s gradom, prisvaja grad, ili, još bolje, ona jest grad.
