Abstract
U radu je prikazan glavni projekt stambene zgrade koja se nalazi u Omišu. Građevina se sastoji od dva dijela: zgrade A i zgrade B. Zgrada A ima 5 etaža, dok zgrada B ima 6 etaža. Obje zgrade povezane su ukopanom garažom. Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu, sve monolitne izvedbe s armirano betonskim zidovima, stupovima i armirano betonskim pločama kao međukatnom konstrukcijom. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.
Abstract (english)
Main design of the residential building, which is positioned in Omiš, is presented in this thesis. The building consists of two separate parts: building A and building B. Building A has 5 overground levels, while building B has 6 of them. Both buildings are connected with an underground garage. Building is made of reinforced concrete elements: walls, columns and ceiling slabs, all casting in site. The project includes tehnical description of the structure, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, control plan and quality assurance plan, calculation of the main structural elements as well as characteristic structural plans and reinforcement plans.
