Abstract
Pored opterećenja u smjeru jače osi, čelični temeljni stupovi često su opterećeni i u smjeru slabije osi ili u oba smjera (dvoosno opterećenje). Način na koji su povezani s temeljnom konstrukcijom uvelike određuje ponašanje kako priključka tako i ostatka konstrukcije. Ovakve vrste spojeva dizajnirane su prema uputama Eurocode-a koje su uglavnom fokusirane na savijanje priključka oko jače osi čeličnog stupa. Većina kalkulacija koje se provode pomoću računalnih programa temelji se na metodi komponenata i/ili analizi konačnih elemenata, i ovaj članak će prikazati njihove rezultate u usporedbi sa rezultatima u praksi. Kako bi dobili realnu geometriju priključka, modelirana je čelična konstrukcija sa racionalnim rasponima i propisnim opterećenjem, te je dobiven prikladan čelični profil. Priključak čeličnog stupa sa temeljnom konstrukcijom izvezen je putem BIM linka u softvere za proračun spojeva gdje je ispitano njegovo ponašanje. Granični momenti otpora i načini otkazivanja priključka dobiveni su iterativnim putem za razne kombinacije unutarnjih sila. Zabilježeni rezultati uspoređeni su sa eksperimentalnim i analitičkim rezultatima prikazanim u Seco, 2019, čiji je analitički model prethodno eksperimentalno i numerički provjeren. Provedena numerička i parametarska analiza pokazala je zanimljive rezultate i dala jasniju sliku o točnosti softverskih rješenja.
Abstract (english)
In addition to being loaded over the major axis, steel column base connections are often loaded in direction of weaker axis or commonly in both directions (bi-axially) and the way they are connected to the foundation highly affects the behavior of the whole structure. This kind of connection is designed according to guidance provided by Eurocode regulations which is based on the component method and is focused mostly on connections loaded over the major axis. Most of the software bases its calculations on component method and/or FE analysis and this paper will show how accurate their predictions are compared to practice. Firstly, an appropriate (rational) structure, loaded according to regulations, has been made with the aim to select proper steel column profile. The column base connection was exported to software via BIM link where its behavior was examined. Moments resistances and failure modes were obtained by an iterative procedure for various combinations of internal forces. Results were compared against those obtained experimentally and analytically as described in Seco, 2019, whose model was previously verified in an experimental and numerical way. Performed numerical and parametrical study resulted in interesting facts and showed a clearer picture where software solutions are compared to reality.
