Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je rješenje problema gospodarenja otpadom hrane kao i otpadnim vodama, te mulja kao nusprodukta pročišćavanja otpadnih voda, na manjem otoku poput Raba. Rješenje se tražilo između dvije varijante, sustav odvojenog prikupljanja otpada hrane i otpadnih voda te sustav zajedničkog prikupljanja otpada hrane i otpadnih voda. Višekriterijalnom analizom dobiveno je rješenje koje prati ciljeve kružnog gospodarstva.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this master thesis is the solution to the problem of food waste management as well as wastewaters, and sludge as a byproduct of wastewater treatment, on a smaller island like Rab. The solution was sought between two variants, a separate collection system for food waste and wastewater, and a system of joint collection of food and waste water waste. A multi-criteria analysis has obtained a solution that follows the objectives of the circular economy.
