Abstract
U diplomskom radu prikazan je proračun nosive konstrukcije stambene armiranobetonske zgrade, kao i proračun njezinih fizikalnih svojstava. Proračun je proveden u skladu s Europskim normama, a 3D model građevine izrađen je u računalnom programu „SCIA Engineer 20.0“. Nosiva konstrukcija izvedena je od armiranog betona, a sačinjavaju je temeljena ploča, međukatne ploče, krovna ploča, grede i zidovi, te je prikazan njihov proračun i dimenzioniranje. Za proračun fizikalnih svojstava zgrade korišten je program „KI Expert Plus“. Potrebno je bilo utvrditi zadovoljava li zgrada sljedeće uvjete: difuziju vodene pare, koeficijente prolaska topline, korisna energija i dinamičke toplinske karakteristike.
Abstract (english)
This work presentes the structural analysis and evaluation of physical properties of the reinforced concrete building. The calculation was conducted in accordance with European standards, and the 3D model of the building was made in the computer program "SCIA Engineer 20.0". The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete, and consists of a foundation slab, story slabs, roof slab, beams and walls, and their calculation and dimensioning is shown in this work. The "KI Expert Plus" program was used to calculate the physical properties of the building. It was necessary to determine whether the building meets the following conditions: water vapor diffusion, heat transfer coefficients, useful energy and dynamic thermal characteristics.
