Abstract
Općina Gradac nalazi se na Makarskoj rivijeri gdje ujedno ima najdužu plažu, jako pogodnu stratešku poziciju, blizinu Mosora te velikih gradova. Radi svojih vrlina pogođena je lošom turistifikacijom i divljom gradnjom. Cilj rad je ispitati tipologiju hotela koja u svojim aspektima uključuje održivost, aktivaciju naselja kroz 365 dana u godinu, hibridnost sustava i doprinos istog. Stavlja se fokus na istraživanja načina pristupa projektiranju kroz holističku analizu konteksta, u smislu odabira lokacije, klimatskih uvjeta, potreba naselja, fleksibilnosti sustava i različitih funkcijama.
