Abstract
Reaktivacija proizvodnih potencijala bivše tvornice Jugovinil uz impliciranje suvremenih digitalnih tehnologija ostvaruju se preduvjeti za razvoj novog gradskog centra. Tehnološki Hub osnova je budućeg ekonomskog/ tehnološkog/ proizvodnog razvoja šireg područja i lokalnog razvoja digitalnog društva. Slojevitošću sadržaja postiže se financijski samoodrživo područje koje potencira daljni razvoj okolnog tkiva istovremeno podižući kvalitetu života stanovništva.
Abstract (english)
Reactivating the production potential of the former Jugovinil factory, with the implication of modern digital technology, prerequisite for the development of the new city center. Technological Hub is the basis of the future economic/ technological/ production development of the digital society. By its diverse, multi-layering content, a financially self-sustainable area is achieved, which supports further development for the benefit of business, region, and local communities while simultaneously raising the quality of life.
