Abstract
Otuđenost stanovanja samo je sekvenca u totalitetu kriza suvremenog društva. Neodrživost ekonomskog modela, temeljenog na sebičnim principima privatnog kapitala, arhitektonski je odražena u marginalizaciji javnog prostora i komodifikaciji stanovanja. Arhitektonska uloga u promjeni takvog sustava, kritička je revizija povijesnih primjera priuštivog stanovanja s ciljem pronalaska manifesta primjenjivog u suvremenom kontekstu. Upravo tako nastalo je i priuštivo naselje KO-101 čije ime sugerira važnost kolektiva i kooperacije, ali i uvodni karakter projekta u smislu novog razmišljanja o kolektivnom stanovanju - poglavlje 1, lekcija 01. Oblikovna neambicioznost, autonomija forme, svakodnevna pojavnost, diverzifikacija stambenih modela i vraćanje rada u krug stanovanja samo su neki od karakteristika ovog pilot projekta predviđenog daljnjem repliciranju stvarajući mrežu otpornih, stambeno-radnih kolonija: KO-102, KO-103, KO-104...
Abstract (english)
Alienation of housing is only one aspect of the broader crises facing contemporary society. The unsustainability of the economic model, based on the selfish principles of private capital, is architecturally reflected in the marginalization of public space and the commodification of housing. The architectural role in changing such a system involves a critical revision of historical examples of affordable housing with the aim of finding a manifesto applicable in the contemporary context.This is precisely how the affordable settlement KO-101 was created and whose name suggests the importance of collectives and cooperation, as well as the introductory nature of the project in terms of new thinking about collective housing - chapter 1, lesson 01. Design unambitiousness, autonomy of form, everyday appearance, diversification of housing models, and the return of work to the housing circle are just some of the characteristics of this pilot project. It is intended for further replication by creating a network of resilient residential and working colonies: KO-102, KO-103, KO-104...
