Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu oblikovan je koncept za podršku odlučivanju u planiranju obnove fasada malih višestambenih zgrada koje se nalaze u portfelju jednog hipotetskog upravitelja. Analizirane su vrste fasada te procjena njihova stanja kao i redovite mjere očuvanja fasada. Uspostavljena je hijerarhijska struktura ciljeva za analizirani problem, a temeljem iste definirani su i kriteriji kao i njihove težine uz uvažavanje stavova svih dionika (građevinski eksperti, korisnici i upravitelj). Identificirane zgrade vrednovane su po svim kriterijima te su uspoređene metodom PROMETHEE čime je uspostavljena rang lista zgrada prema prioritetu za obnovu fasada što predstavlja plan obnove te su temeljem tih rezultata doneseni zaključci.
Abstract (english)
This work describes the concept of support for deciding the sustainable management of a small multi-storey facade, which is in the portfolio of a hypothetical manager. The facade types and their condition estimates as well as regular facade conservation measures were analysed. The hierarchical structure of the objectives for the analysed problem has been established. Based on this hierarchical structure, criteria and their relative importance was also defined, taking into account the views of all stakeholders (building experts, users and administrators). The identified objects were evaluated based on all criteria and were compared using the PROMETHEE method. The identified buildings were evaluated according to all the criteria and were compared with the PROMETHEE method, thus setting the list of buildings according to the priority for the renovation of the facade, which represents the reconstruction plan and based on these results conclusions were made.
