Abstract | Kao krajnji rezultat grafičke proizvodnje dobivamo opipljiv grafički proizvod. Njegova kvaliteta ovisi o materijalu, strojevima, tisku, doradi i o procjenama projektanta.
Brzorezači su dio doradnih procesa, omogućuju preciznije, jednostavnije i brže obrezivanje papira i njegovo izlaganje.
Današnji modeli brzorezača su uvelike napredniji od prijašnjih verzija, koje su zahtjevale veliki fizički i mentalni napor. Operacije su se izvodile ručno, palete su podizali sami radnici, a ručno se obavljalo i ulaganje i izlaganje, što je naravno, sigurnosno vrlo rizično i zahtjeva veliku koncentraciju.
Novi brzorezači strojevi imaju računalom vođene rezače, koji imaju mogućnost direktne komunikacije stroja s čovjekom preko ekrana, te radni stol s manje trenja, naprave koje transportiraju i odlažu kupove papira prije i poslije rezanja.
Također, jedan od zahtjeva je da se održi trajnost svih podsustava i elemenata stroja. Bitno je održavanje noža, koji se mora brižljivo čuvati da se oštica, ne ošteti, jer od toga je uvelike ovisna kvaliteta i vijek trajanja noža.
Veliki tehnički i tehnološki napredak posljednjih godina nije u potpunosti oslobodio društvo od nezgoda u proizvodnji, jer uz brzi ritam rada opasnosti su uvijek prisutne.
Brzorezači strojevi su projektirani kao dio sustava koji se drži adaptibilnim prema specifičnim potrebama i željama potencijalnih kupaca. Svi oblici adaptacije primjereni su ulozi i što većoj efikasnosti stroja. Svi podsustavi tog sustava funkcioniraju u skladnoj povezansti.
U prvom (općem) dijelu rada ukratko su objašnjeni glavni dijelovi brzorezača, pogon pritisne grede, podsustav noža. Drugi (stručni) dio rada bavi se različitim tipovima brzorezača. Obrađene su njihove tehnološke i tehničke karakteristike, modeli i tipovi tih strojeva. Nakon opisa stroja, uspoređuju se tehničke karakteristike različitih modela brzorezača. |
Abstract (english) | As a final result of graphic production we get a tangible graphic product.
Its quality depends on material, machinery, printing, finishing and estimates of the designer.
Paper cutters are part of the graphic process, they provide more accurate, easier and faster paper cutting. Recent models of paper cutters are far more advanced than previous versions, which demanded big physical and mental effort. Operations were performed manually, pallets were raised by workers themselves, insertion and exposure were done manually as well . Workers safety was very risky and required great concentration.
New paper cutting machines have computer-driven cutters, that have the possibility of direct communication between the machine and the man across the screen, desk with less friction, which make transport and dispose of paper cups before and after cutting .
Also, one of the requirements is to maintain durability of all the subsystems and components of the machine. Knife maintaince is very important. Knife should be carefully stored to prevent damage and provide long life.
Great technical and technological progress in recent years has not left the society completely free from accidents in production; because of the rapid tempo of work , risk of inyuries is always present .
Paper cutting machines are designed as part of a system that's kept adapted to specific needs and desires of potential buyers. All forms of adaptations are here to provide greater efficiency of machines. All subsystems of this system operate in a harmonious conections.
In the first (general) section, we briefly are descriebe some of the main parts of paper cutters, drive clicks beams, subsystems of knife. Other (scientific) section deals with different types of paper cutters. What's described is their technological and technical characteristic, as well as models and types of machines. After describing the machine, technical characteristics of different models paper cutters are compared. |
