Abstract
Kako u svakoj čovjekovoj djelatnosti postoje izuzetni, gotovo rijetki događaji ili osobe koji tu djelatnost naglašavaju ili obilježavaju. Tako zapažamo, pogotovo u sportu, pojedince koji su obilježili ne samo svoju epohu nego i zadužili zemlju iz koje su potekli. Tako je Krešimir Ćosić, ne samo hrvatska već i svjetska košarkaška legenda, 60-ih i 70-ih godina 20. stoljeća obilježio tu epohu. Takvi ljudi ne samo da zaslužuju da ih se kao ime spominje u almanasima, sportskim i drugim enciklopedijama ili leksikonima nego zavrijeđuju svoje posebne monografije. Takva monografija je i napravljena. Ona se u ovom diplomskom radu razrađuje kao proizvod grafičke struke sa svim zakonima projektiranja ali se i objašnjava njezina uloga u kulturi našeg, u svjetskim okvirima, malog europskog naroda.
Abstract (english)
In each man’s activity there are extraordinary, almost endemic events or persons who made that activity special or marked. So we notice, especially in sports, individuals who became “trade-mark” not only of their era but also had oblige the country they came from. Krešimir Ćosić, croatian and world’s basketball legend beacme a trade mark of the game in ‘60. and ‘70. Such persons deserve more than just being mentioned in encyclopedias, thesaurus or sport almanacs, they deserve they very own monographs. A monograph of that kind was actually produced. In this paper it has been elaborated as a product of graphic profession and accordingly to all of its standards. Furthermore, it explains its role in the culture of our, by world’s standards, small european nation.
