Abstract
Svaki elektronički uređaj u svom životnom vijeku ostavlja iza sebe trag utjecaja na okoliš. Smanjenje tog utjecaja zahtijeva multidisciplinarni pristup, pristup koja se oslanja na znanju, razvoju tehnologije i legislative, savjesti pojedinca i društva općenito, i to na globalnoj razini. Cilj ovog rada je sagledavanje ukupnog utjecaja elektroničke opreme na okoliš kroz raščlambu životnog ciklusa elektroničkog uređaja na sastave dijelove, identifikaciju za okoliš štetnih sirovina korištenih u proizvodnji tog uređaja, ekološki nepovoljnih karakteristika uređaja koje se iskazuju kroz korištenje, te nepovoljnih procesa koji u fazi odlaganja uzrokuju zagađenje okoliša. Grafička industrija, uvelike oslonjena na industriju elektronike i njen razvoj, daje svoj obol stalno rastućim brojkama nepovoljnog utjecaja elektroničke opreme na okoliš, kako kroz utjecaj u volumenu proizvodnje elektroničkih uređaja, tako i kroz zahtjeve za razvojem specifičnih, tehnološki visoko razvijenih elektroničkih uređaja.
Abstract (english)
Every electronic device in it's life cycle leaves a footprint, an impact on the eco system. Reducing that impact requires a multidisciplinary approach, one that relies on development of technology, legislation, conscience of individuals as well as the conscience of society, all on global scale. The objective of this thesis is to total the impact of electronic equipment on the environment thru analysis of each life cycle phase of electronic device, identification of harmful raw materials used in manufacturing of that device ,eco non-friendly characteristics displayed thru it's usage, and polluting processes in the disposal phase. Printing industry, one that heavily relies on electronic industry and it's evolution, contributes to constant growing numbers of adverse impact on the environment, thru its influence in raw numbers of production of electronic equipment, as well as thru demand for specific, technological high-end electronic devices.
