Abstract
Ovim se diplomskim radom istražuje čvrstoća kutije (BCT) u ovisnosti o veličini i broju valova. Iskustveno se pokazalo da pri istim sastavnim materijalima a uz promjenu veličine i broja valova te njihovom kombinacijom mijenjamo čvrstoću samog valovitog kartona a time i kutije. U teorijskom dijelu opisana je proizvodnja papira, valovitog kartona i ambalaže od valovitog kartona. Ispitivanja su detaljno izvedena u poduzeću Bilokalnik – IPA d.d. u Koprivnici te popraćena sa slikama. Ispitivanja pokazuju svojstva papira od kojih su izrađeni valoviti kartoni, svojstva valovitih kartona te ovisnost čvrstoće transportne kutije tipa amerikanka o veličini i broju valova. Nakon prikazanih rezultata slijedi analiza rezultata te zaključak o ovisnosti čvrstoće kutije o veličini i broju valova.
Abstract (english)
This study was directed to examine the strength of RSC type cardboard box depending on height and waves number in cardboard. Experientially is shown that if we use the same structure materials just changing the height and the number of waves and by their combination the strenght of corrugated cardboard and box is changing. In theoretical part production of paper, corrugated cardboard and cardboard package is described. Tests are performed in corrugated cardboard packaging factory Bilokalnik – IPA d.d., Koprivnica and shown with photographs. Experiment results show flute and linerboard properties, corrugated cardboard properties and cardboard box strength depending on height and number of waves. After thorough analysis this study completes with a conclusion on influence of height and waves number on box strength.
