Abstract
U radu je opisana mogućnost implementacije TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategije u grafičku tehnologiju. Implementacija se provodi kroz sve faze i procese proizvodnje (od pripreme do gotovog i otisnutog proizvoda) po prethodno definiranim i određenim koracima. TPM je strategija kroz koju se definira održavanje za unapređenje opreme i procesa, a temelji se na kontinuiranom i dugoročnom unapređenju na svim razinama poduzeća. Takav program teži maksimiziranju efikasnosti opreme i kapaciteta zbog poboljšanja kvalitete proizvoda, smanjenja gubitaka, poboljšanju održavanja, te minimiziranju zastoja i grešaka. Suvremene strategije održavanja se fokusiraju na kvalitetu proizvoda i zadovoljavanje potreba kupaca, proizvodnju bez škarta i bez reklamacija.
Abstract (english)
This graduate work is describing implementation of TPM strategy in graphic technology. Implemenatation is conducted in all stages and processes of manufacture (from prepress to postpress) according to previously defined and determinated steps. TPM is strategy based on constantly planing and improving quality of all equipment and processes of a company. The aim of strategy for productive maintenance is to maximize plant and equipment effectiveness to achieve the optimum life cycle cost of production equipment. Modern strategy of maintenance are more focused on quality of the product, satisfying needs of the market and producing with maximum efficiency.
