Abstract
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je određivanje ovisnosti čvrstoće valovitog kartona o vlazi. Diplomski rad se sastoji od teoretskog dijela u kojem sam pokušao objasniti i opisati osnovne elemente vezane za proizvodnju, upotrebu i podjelu valovitog kartona, te praktičnog dijela u kojem sam prikazao ispitivanja fizikalnih karakteristike valovitog kartona pri promjeni vlage. Provedena su ispitivanja otpornosti valovitog kartona prema prskanju po Mullenu, određivanje otpornosti na ravnu tlačnu silu (FCT), te određivanje otpornosti brida valovitog kartona na tlačnu silu (ECT) pri različitim postotcima vlage. Nakon analize podataka i prikaza rezultata u obliku tablica i grafova iznesen je zaključak iz kojeg se može uvidjeti utjecaj klimatskih elemenata na mehaničke i fizičke karakteristike složenog materijala kao što je valoviti karton
Abstract (english)
The task of this thesis is to calculate influence of humidity on corrugated cardboard's strenght. Thesis is composed of theoretic part in which I tried to explaine and describe basic elements associate to manufacturing, appliance and division of corrugated cardboard and practical part in which I represent the resultes of testing physical characteristics of corrugated cardboard at humidity variation. Performed testings were: bursting test (bt), flat crush test (fct) and edge crush test (ect). The resultes were analysed and present in charts and diagrams from where conclusion of influence of climate elements on mehanical and physical characteristics of complex material such is corrugated cardboard .
