Abstract
Tematikom diplomskog rada proučava se prezentacija grafičkih dizajnera kroz svoje radove putem web portfolia. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela te istraživanja u obliku studije slučaja. U teoretskom dijelu govori se o portfoliu općenito, namjeni i svrsi web portfolia, mogućim ciljevima web portfolia, analizi konkurencije, planiranju i dizajnu web portfolia, uz poseban naglasak na upotrebu načela i elemenata grafičkog dizajna u web dizajnu. U studiji slučaja deset web portfolia je podvgnuto analizi u kojoj se otkriva u kojoj mjeri slijede postavljene smjernice za uspješan dizajn web portfolia. Tekst je popraćen brojnim primjerima, slikama i ilustracijama, od kojih su mnoge djelo autora rada.
Abstract (english)
The thesis deals with the presentation of graphic designers trough their work via portfolio websites. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a short research in a form of case study. The theoretical part discusses portfolios in general, possible purposes and goals of portfolio websites, competitor analisys, planning and designing a portfolio website, with a special emphasis on using the principles and elements of graphic design in web design. The case study analyses ten portfolio websites to reveal to what degree do they follow the chosen guidlines to a successfull portfolio website design. The text is accompanied by many examples, images and illustrations, many of which are the work of the thesis author.
