Reengineering represents a radical reorganization of business processes for their significant improvement. Reengineering does not define the exact number of methods which are implemented to reorganize the business, but any method of improving and upgrading business processes can be used as systematic method of the reengineering process. This work explains the most popular and effective methods of reengineering and contains a proposal of practical application of it in a small graphics company whose principal activity is the design and creation of graphic products, and their preparation for the process of printing. Researched company also conducts marketing campaigns and designs the overall visual identities of companies. This work is presented in a way that in the first part is theoretically explained the concept and methodology of reengineering, followed by a determination of the need for reengineering in the researched company. In the final part, after analyzing existing processes and research among company employees, is made the proposal of reengineering methods which could be applied in order to improve business processes and reengineering plan which besides methods includes the organization of business processes and integration with external entities.
