Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je usporedba dvoju najzastupljenijih tehnologija koje se koriste kod izrade zaslona za mobilne uređaje, AMOLED-a i AMLCD-a. Zadatak je prikazati sve prednosti i mane svake pojedine tehnologije mjernom metodom. Uvodni se dio bavi općim stvarima vezanim za kolorimetriju i tehnologije prikaza informacije na zaslonu kako bi se objasnili neki ključni pojmovi koji su usko vezani uz samo istraživanje. Kako bi se mjerenje moglo održati potrebno je izabrati mobilne uređaje i u kontroliranim uvjetima spektroradiometrom izmjeriti kolorimetrijske vrijednosti. Nakon toga će se dobivene brojke obraditi funkcijama u programskom okruženju MATLAB. Uspoređivat će se kolorimetrijske razlike svakog uređaja izmjerenim pod kutem od 0 i 30 stupnjeva, gamuti uređaja za zadana mjerenja te će se uspoređivati dobivene vrijednosti sa vrijednostima generirane skripte na mjerenim uređajima. Kako bi se mogli kvalitetnije usporediti dobiveni rezultati prikazati će se tablicama i grafikonima.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is to compare two of the most common technologies used in making displays for mobile devices, AMOLED and AMLCD. The task is to show the advantages and disadvantages of each technology by the measurement method. The introductory section deals with general issues related to colorimetry and display technology to explain some key concepts that are closely related to the research itself. To measure the colorimetric values with chroma meter in a controlled environment mobile devices must be selected. After that the figures will be processed in MATLAB programming environment. Results of the colorimetric difference will be compared for each device measured at an angle of 0 and 30 degrees and also gamuts of the devices will be compared with the default data from the script that has been displaying colors on measured devices. Tables and graphs will be made for better comparison of the obtained results.
