Abstract
Humor je jedna od glavnih karakteristika koja nas definira kao ljudska bića. Upravo je uporaba humora privlačila i povezivala ljude. Iako je humor pojava koja je vrlo zavisna o kontekstu, ima široku uporabu kao komunikacijsko sredstvo. Upravo zbog svoje sposobnosti povezivanja, može biti odličan alat manipulacije pri reklamiranju proizvoda ili pri prenošenju političkih mišljenja. Kroz završni rad će se objasniti teorije humora, način na koji se humor može izraziti i sama primjena humora u svrsi marketinga, humora na društvenim mrežama i humora političkog karaktera, odnosno satiričnog humora. Pobliže će se objasniti razlozi iza uspjeha, odnosno, neuspjeha humorističnih pothvata iz kojih možemo dobiti ideju poželjnih, odnosno, nepoželjnih načina izražavanja humora kao i analiza podataka skupljenih iz već postojeće ankete. Iako je humor vrlo stara pojava, i dalje se može istraživati njegov utjecaj na komunikaciju između raznih sugovornika, pogotovo u kontekstu masovnih medija kao što su društvene mreže.
Abstract (english)
Humor is one of the main characteristics which defines us as human beings. The use of humor itself is something that attracted and connected people one to another. Even though humor is a phenomenon that's very dependant of context, it has a broad use as a method of communicaton. Due to it's ability to connect people, it can be a great tool of manipulation when doing advertisments or passing on political stances. This final thesis will explain theories of humor, ways of expressing humor and usage of humor in marketing, humor in social media and political, or rather satirical, humor. The thesis will explain the reason behind successful or unsuccesfull attempts at humor which can give an idea what are desirable ways of expressing humor, as well as analyze the results o fan existing poll. Even though humor is an ancient phenomenon, it's influence on communication can still be explored, especially in the context of massive media such as social networks.
