Reengineering is a reorganization of business processes that aims to improve them, but when it comes to improvement, it is referred to major changes that result from a careful analysis of the current situation and planning for the future. The thesis deals with the topic of reengineering, the methods used in its implementation, the results we can expect, and teaches us how to monitor business trends and the economic situation in the country. We must always anticipate the potential difficulties that may occur, because unless we keep up with the changes we need, it is not realistic to expect a bright and profitable future. In the second part of the paper, the current situation in the company Model Pakiranja d.d. was analyzed, and as a result of the analysis, changes were introduced in the workplace that are aimed to speed up the work process and achieve significant financial savings. The changes will be introduced in the packaging development department and the target areas will be: the termination of the use of flexo printing forms for lacquer, reorganization of working hours, the process of creating a worksheet for monitoring the order stages, and redesign of a worksheet in Adobe Illustrator. A comparison was made between the current work process and the post-reengineering process, and the positive and potential negative effects were compared. Positive changes have been implemented into the work and business activities within the company. At the very end of the thesis, a conclusion was drawn on the research and effectiveness of the changes introduced by reengineering.
