Abstract | Tehnologije digitalnog tiska sve su zastupljenije u grafičkoj industriji. Nekada su se
koristile samo CMYK toneri (realizacija kolornih otisaka) dok je danas moguće
realizirati i bijelu boju, lak, zlatnu, srebrnu, fluorescentni cijan, fluorescentnu magentu i
fluorescentnu žutu. Tako će se osim standardnog kolora moći realizirati reprodukcije sa
izraženom fluorescencijom i metalik sjajem. Da bi se to postiglo morati će se
upotrijebiti modularni elektrofotografski tiskarski stroj koji to može ostvariti (tisak
standardnog CMYK, fluorescentni CMY, bijela, lak, srebro i zlato). To omogućuje
Xerox Versant 180 Press na kojemu je moguće mijenjati kućišta tonera sa razvijačkim
valjcima.
U ovom radu cilj je istražiti mogućnost realizacije fluorescentnih (FC, FM, FY) i
metalnih nijansi (PANTONE 877C, PANTONE 871C) otisnutih s primarnim
sekundarnim tonovima ( 10%, 20%, 40%, 70%, 100%). Isti metalik motiv biti će otisnut
sa tiskarskim strojem Heidelberg GTO 52 čije su tiskovne forme napravljene sa Kodak
Lotem 400 te otisnute PANTONE bojama Huber Alchemy. Takvi uspoređeni uzorci su
s metalik EA tonerom. Za ispitivanje je korištena standardna papirna tiskarska podloga
(Maxi Gloss 170 g/m2) koja je u skladu sa FOGRA 51 standardom. Metoda korištena u
eksperimentalnom istraživanju je kolorimetrijska (X-Rite eXact) gdje se na temelju
većeg broja mjerenja odredile CIE LAB kolorimetrijske vrijednosti, te izračunale
kolorimetrijske razlike razlike CIE L*a*b, ∆E2000, ∆L, ∆C.
Rezultati pokazuju da FM raster od 150 dpi bolji te daje prirodnije rezultate standarda
FOGRA 51. Također će Xerox fluorescentni toneri ostvariti povečanje fluorescencije u
odnosu na standardni toner za vrijednost ∆B=1. |
Abstract (english) | Digital printing technologies are all represented in the printing industry. In the past,
only CMYK toners were used (realization of color prints), while today it is possible to
realize white, lacquer, gold, silver, fluorescent cyan, fluorescent magenta and
fluorescent yellow. Thus, in addition to the standard color, it will be possible to realize
reproductions with pronounced fluorescence and metallic luster. To achieve this prints it
will be necessary to use a modular electrophotographic printing machine that can realize
(standard CMYK printing, fluorescent CMY, white, lacquer, silver and gold). It Xerox
Versant 180 Press on which it is possible to change toner housings and developer
rollers.
In this paper, the aim is to investigate the possibility of realization of fluorescent (FC,
FM, FY) and metallic shades (PANTONE 877C, PANTONE 871C) printed with
primary and secondary tones (10%, 20%, 40%, 70%, 100%). The same metallic motiv
will be printed with the Ofset Heidelberg GTO 52 printing press, whose printing forms
are made with the CTP Kodak Lotem 400 and printed in PANTONE in Huber Alchemy
colors and compared with metallic EA toner. For the test, a standard paper printing
substrate (Maxi Gloss 170 g/m2) was used, which is in accordance with the FOGRA 51
standard. The method used in the experimental research is colorimetric (X-Rite eXact),
where it is based on a number of CIE measurements LAB colorimetric values, and
calculated the colorimetric differences of the difference CIE L*a*b, ∆E2000, ∆L, ∆C.
The results show that the best prints are achieved using a standard FM raster (150 dpi,
∆E <2,5) as opposed to AM raster (300 dpi, ∆E> 2,5) and the silver and gold prints are
similar to the standard ones in terms of characteristics in electrophotography offset
prints.
The results show that the 150 dpi FM raster is better and gives more natural results
standard FOGRA 51. Xerox fluorescent toners will also achieve an increase in
fluorescence compared to standard toner by a value of ∆B =1. |
