Abstract | Osim ofsetnih tiskarskih strojeva formata B2 na tržištu je moguće sve češće pronaći i
potpuno nove visokoproduktivne inkjet digitalne strojeve istoga formata.
obostrani uz mogućnost ispisa rezolucije tiska i do 1200 dpi.
Ovisno o tiskovnoj podlozi i
željenoj kvaliteti otisaka Konica Minolta primjenjuje inkjet glave tipa KM1800iSHC koje
mogu aplicirati različite veličine kapljice boje (6, 14 i 42 pl). Samim time po kvaliteti
postoje i 3 načina rada (veliki nanos, srednji nanos i mali nanos boje).
nanos bojila dati će najbolju kvalitetu otiska (ostvarena razlika iznosi ΔESRED = 0.54), dok
će ostala dva načina otiskivanja biti poprilično podjednaka. |
Abstract (english) | In addition to B2 format offset printing machines, it is increasingly possible to find brand
new highly productive inkjet digital machines of the same format on the market. One of
these is the AccurioJet KM-1 Inkjet printer from the Japanese manufacturer Konica
Minolta. Its printing speed of CMYK prints is 3,000 pages per hour for one-sided printing
and 1,500 pages per hour for double-sided printing, with the possibility of printing a print
resolution of up to 1,200 dpi. Printing is done with CMYK printing inks that are dried by
UV radiation. Depending on the printing substrate and the desired quality of prints,
Konica Minolta uses inkjet heads of the KM1800iSHC type, which can apply different
sizes of ink droplets (6, 14 and 42 pl). Therefore, in terms of quality, there are 3 modes
of operation (large application, medium application and small application of paint).
In this thesis, the influence of the amount of applied inkjet ink on the paper printing base
as well as the final results of multi-color color prints were examined. Usual glossy coated
paper for art printing (170 g/m2) and specially designed UV Inkjet drying ink (for KM-1
machines) can be used as a printing substrate. The prints obtained were colorimetrically
measured with the x-rite eXact Advance device, which were compared with each other
and with the reference print according to Fogra 51 (ISO 14861:2015). In doing so, the
Fogra Media Vedge v.3 wedge was measured. The image analysis device additionally
compared the quality of the realization of vertical and horizontal lines, as well as the test
of uniformity of coloring of achromatic tones (ISO-TS 15311/2:2018). The final
reproduction curves as well as deviation charts of the realized prints are shown in Origin
8.5. Image analysis and a Dino Lite digital microscope were used to visualize the changes
caused by different amounts of applied paint. The results show that the best choice for
printing CMY and spot colors is the RICH mode, i.e. a large dye application will give the
best print quality (the difference achieved is ΔESRED = 0.54), while the other two printing
modes will be quite equal. |
