Abstract
Dizajn usmjeren prema korisniku stavlja korisnika u središte pozornosti. Za bolje razumijevanje korisničkog problema potrebno je prepoznati korisnikove emocije, razumjeti njegove potrebe i ciljeve. U okolini razvoja digitalnog proizvoda potrebno je vješto komunicirati o korisnikovim potrebama kako bi dionici procesa razvili empatiju prema korisniku koja u konačnici, pozitivnim iskustvom, rezultira povećanjem prihoda. Jedan od načina uspješne komunikacije je pričanje priča, pripovijedanje (engl. Storytelling). One mogu potaknuti dublje razumijevanje ključnih tema i poslužiti kao temelj za učinkovitije timske rasprave, ideje i rješavanje problema. Vizualizacija priča pomaže smanjenju kognitivne opterećenosti. U ovome radu ispituje se utjecaj vizualizirane priče korisnikova problema s ciljem razvoja veće empatije na dionike procesa.
Abstract (english)
User-centered design puts the user at the center of attention. To better understand the user's problem, it is necessary to recognize the user's emotions, understand his needs and goals. In the environment of digital product development, it is necessary to skillfully communicate user needs in order for the stakeholders to develop empathy towards the user, which ultimately, through a positive experience, results in an increase in income. One of the ways of successful communication is storytelling. They can foster a deeper understanding of key topics and serve as a foundation for more effective team discussions, ideas, and problem solving. Visualizing stories helps reduce cognitive load. This paper examines the influence of the visualized story of the user's problem with the aim of developing greater empathy for the stakeholders in the process.
