Philosophy
Abstract
Teorije opravdanja znanja nude rješenja regresa. Fundacionalisti tako smatraju da se regres zaustavlja u netemeljnim vjerovanjima opravdanim neinferencijskim putem. Koherentisti takoer smatraju da se zaustavlja, ali u vjerovanjima opravdanima inferencijskim putem. Kontekstualisti od koherentista preuzimaju sustav uzajamne potpore vjerovanja, a od fundacionalista tvrdnju da se regres zaustavlja u temeljnim vjerovanjima. Infinitisti vide rješenje u beskonačnosti regresa. Slijedi podrobnije objašnjenje epistemičkog problema regresa, a zatim kratak prikaz kontektualizma i infinitizma. Opširnije ću objasniti fundacionalizam i koherentizam koje se smatraju najuvjerljivijim teorijama. Navest ću argumente i prigovore tim teorijama i pojasniti zašto koherentizam smatram najprimjerenijom teorijom opravdanja epistemičkog regresa.
