Abstract
Pojavom društvenih medija, nogometni su klubovi dobili besplatan i jednostavan medij za dvosmjernu komunikaciju s navijačima. Iz tog razloga, počeli su koristiti društvene medije kako bi navijače informirali, zabavili i potaknuli na angažman. Cilj je ovog rada istražiti kako hrvatski nogometni klubovi koriste Facebook u komunikaciji s navijačima. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja, odabrana su četiri najveća kluba u Hrvatskoj, Dinamo, Hajduk, Rijeka i Osijek, kako bi se istražila njihova komunikacija s navijačima. Kako bi se on ispunio, prikupljene su sve objave četiri najveća nogometna kluba na Facebooku, u periodu od 1. svibnja 2019. do 31. svibnja 2019. godine. Prikupljeni su podaci analizirani pomoću matrice, koja se sastoji od tri dijela. U prvom su dijelu analizirani opći podaci za svaki klub zasebno, u drugom dijelu analizirane su objave klubova, dok su u trećem dijelu matrice, prikupljeni podaci o tome kako korisnici reagiraju na svaku objavu nogometnog kluba na Facebooku. Istraživanjem je utvrđeno da hrvatski klubovi najučestalije objavljuju na dan utakmice. Na taj dan, najčešće dijele informativni sadržaj te fotografiju, kao najčešću vrstu objave na Facebooku. Također, objave zabavnog sadržaja, privlače najveći broj oznaka sviđa mi se, komentiranja i dijeljenja.
Abstract (english)
With the advent of social media, football clubs have been given a free and easy medium for two-way communication with fans. For this reason, they began to use social media to inform, entertain and encourage fans to engage. The aim of this paper is to investigate how Croatian football clubs use Facebook in communication with fans. For the purposes of this research, the four largest clubs in Croatia, Dinamo, Hajduk, Rijeka and Osijek, were selected to investigate their communication with fans. In order to fulfil it, all the posts of the four biggest football clubs on Facebook were collected, in the period from May 1, 2019, to May 31, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using a template, which consists of three parts. In the first part, the general data for each club were analyzed separately, in the second part the club announcements were analyzed, while in the third part of the matrix, data on how users react to each football club post on Facebook were collected. The research established that Croatian clubs most often publish on the day of the match. On that day, they most often share informative content and a photo, as the most common type of post on Facebook. Also, entertaining content posts attract the most likes, comments and shares.
