Abstract
Jedno od osnovnih i temeljnih pravila svake ozbiljne i uspješne kompanije u današnje doba je održavanje komunikacije s javnošću u kriznim situacijama u kojima se potencijalno može zateći. Cilj ovoga rada je opisati i definirati korporativno krizno komuniciranje, te pomoću odabranih primjera slučajeva prikazati njegove učinke i moć. Dvije su ključne hipoteze koje se provlače kroz ovaj rad: teza da je uspješno komuniciranje u krizi jedan od glavnih faktora za buduće uspješno poslovanje kompanije, i teza da važnost kriznog komuniciranja u određenoj situaciji i njen tijek određuju okolnosti, koje su kod svake krize razlikuju i posjeduju svoje osobitosti. Druga teza također i preispituje važnost uloge kriznog komuniciranja u upravljanju krizom te njene ishode.
Abstract (english)
One of the basic and fundamental rules of every serious and successful company in the present time is sustaining communication with the public in the time of crises in which the company can be found potentially. Goal of this paper work is to describe and define corporative crisis communication, and with the help of chosen examples of cases, show its effects and power. There are two key hypothesis that had been drawn through this paper work: thesis that successful communicating in crises is one of the main factors for future successful companies business and the thesis that importance of crises communication in certain situation and her flow determine sircumstanbilities, which are at every crises different and have its own specialties. Second thesis is also questioning the importance of crises communication in managing the crises and her outcomes.
