Abstract
Agilnost se definira kao brz pokret cijelog tijela s promjenama brzine ili smjera kao odgovor na određeni poticaj. Agilnost spada u skupinu izrazito važnih motoričkih sposobnosti u timskim sportovima kao što je rukomet, u kojima postoje višesmjerne promjene smjera kretanja. Unaprijed definirana agilnost utječe na kvalitetu izvedbe rukometaša, pogotovo u fazi napada, ali u fazi obrane je mnogo potrebnija reaktivna agilnost. Obrambeni igrači moraju brzo reagirati na poteze protivnika kako bi ih spriječili u postizanju pogotka, stoga moraju brzo reagirati, a to se ne može planirati. U ovom diplomskom radu bit će prikazana metodika treninga agilnosti, kao i primjeri vježbi unaprijed definirane agilnosti i reaktivne agilnosti kroz pripremi i natjecateljski period.
Abstract (english)
Agility is defined as rapid movement of the whole body with changes in speed or direction in response to a particular stimulus. Agility is one of the most important motor skills in team sports like handball, in which there are multidirectional changes in the direction of movement. Predefined agility affects the quality of handball players' performance, especially in the attack phase, but reactive agility is much more needed in the defense phase. Defense players have to react quickly to their opponent's moves to stop them from scoring so they have to react quickly, and this cannot be planned. This graduate thesis will show the methodology of agility training, as well as examples of predefined agility and reactive agility exercises through the preparation and competitive periods.
