Abstract Cilj je ovoga rada istražiti utjecaj aktivne insuficijencije mišića plantarnih fleksora stopala i mišića fleksora koljena na mišićnu jakost prilikom fleksije potkoljenice. Gledao se utjecaj položaja stopala i natkoljenica na mehanički izlaz vršnog momenta sile i relativnog vršnog momenta sile mišića fleksora koljena pri maksimalnoj izvedbi fleksija potkoljenica i električna aktivacija mišića m. gastrocnemiusa, m. bicepsa femorisa i m. semitendinosusa.
Uzorak ispitanika obuhvaća 13 studenata integriranog preddiplomskog i diplomskog sveučilišnog studija kineziologije, Kineziološkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (dob = 19,9 ± 1,1 godina; visina = 178,4 ± 5,9 cm; tjelesna masa = 78,2 ± 10,9 kg).
Rezultati ovoga rada upućuju na postojanje značajne razlike u izlazu sile prilikom pregiba potkoljenice pri kutnoj brzini od 60°/s s različitim položajima stopala i zgloba kuka (fleksija kuka s dorzalnom fleksijom stopala (AS = 163,37; SD = 18,31), fleksija kuka s plantarnom fleksijom stopala (AS = 150,37; SD = 24,51), ekstenzija kuka s dorzalnom fleksijom stopala (AS = 114,19; SD = 14,96), ekstenzija kuka s plantarnom fleksijom stopala (AS = 103,09; SD = 15,88)), dok EMG analiza aktivacije mišića m. lateralnog gastrocnemiusa, m. bicepsa femorisa, i m. semitendinosusa nije pokazala statistički značajnu razliku niti u jednom odnosu položaja stopala i zgloba kuka. Stoga je moguće zaključiti kako aktivna insuficijencija mišića fleksora stopala i ekstenzora kuka, značajno utječe na mišićnu jakost, ali ne i na aktivaciju mišića prilikom fleksije potkoljenice.
Abstract (english) The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of active insufficiency of plantar flexor muscles and knee flexor muscles on muscle strength during knee flexion. The influence of foot and thigh position on the mechanical output of the peak torque and the relative peak torque of the knee flexor muscles at the maximum performance of lower leg flexion and electrical activation of m. gastrocnemius, m. biceps femoris and m. semitendinosus muscles was observed. The sample was 13 students at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb (age = 19.9 ± 1.1 years; height = 178.4 ± 5.9 cm; body weight = 78.2 ± 10, 9 kg). Subjects performed knee flexion with the dominant leg at an angular velocity of 60°/s with pronounced plantar and dorsal flexion in flexion and extension of hip position on an isokinetic dynamometer with EMG electrodes. Statistical data processing was determined by univariate analysis of variance for repeated measurements (ANOVA). The results of this work indicate that there is a significant difference in the force output when performing knee flexion at angular velocity of 60°/s with different positions of the foot and hip joint (hip flexion with dorsal flexion) (AS = 163.37; SD = 18.31), hip flexion with plantar flexion (AS = 150.37; SD
= 24.51), hip extension with dorsal flexion (AS = 114.19; SD = 14.96), hip extension with plantar flexion (AS = 103 , 09; SD = 15,88)), while EMG analysis of muscles activation of m. lateral gastrocnemius, m. biceps femoris, and m. semitendinosus muscles showed no
significant difference in any relationship between the position of the foot and the hip joint. Therefore, it can be concluded that active insufficiency of the foot flexor and hip extensor muscles significantly affects muscle strength, but not muscle activation during knee flexion.
