Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je opisati građu zdjelice i reći koja je njena funkcija, te prikazati što sve čini kostur zdjelice i koja je podjela mišića zdjelice. Utvrditi koje se sve različite devijacije mogu javiti kao posljedica nepravilnog držanja - posture. S obzirom na pojavne oblike zdjelice kako bi se utvrdilo stanje pojedinog mišića u zglobu kuka predstavljeni su određeni testovi, opisivajući principe po kojemu oni rade i koja je svrha izvođenja pojedinog testa. Osim što se zdjelica nalazi u svom neutralnom položaju, koji je statički, iznimno važnu ulogu ima i u svakodnevnom gibanju, no također ima i stabilizacijsku ulogu kod izvođenja jednostavnih biotičkih gibanja kao što su hodanje ili čučanj, te su opisani položaji zdjelice prilikom određenih biotičkih gibanja. U interesu ovog diplomskog rada također je i korištenje kineziterapijskog programa s ciljem povratka zdjelice u njen optimalan neutralan položaj, koji se koristi prema pravilima i načelima sportskog treninga, prema kojima se razrađuje plan treninga i raspored vježbi u određenom vremenskom trajanju.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of the present thesis was to desecribe structure and functions of pelvis, as well as skeletal structure and muscles involving pelvis. Determine different deviations of pelvis position that are result of poor postural habits. Depending on a different pelvis position, we are presenting different tests that can help us verify pelvis misalignment and the principles behind them. Pelvis plays important role in a neutral postion which is statical, but also play an important stabilizing role while performing basic movements like walking and squatting. Furthermore, the objective of this thesis is to create a kinesitheraphy program for optimal position of the pelvis that is based on rules and principles of sports training and rehabilitation.
