Abstract Istraživanje je provedeno na uzroku od 92 ispitanika članova i članica Crossfit teretana („Box“) na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske. Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi vrste i učestalost ozljeda, mjesto njihovih nastanka, stupanj ozljeda te razlike između kategorija raspoređenih po dobnim skupinama. Rezultati dobivenih istraţivanja također bi trebali posluţiti kao smjernice trenerima Crossfit programa prilikom izrade kvalitetnih prevencijskih programa te poboljšati kvalitetu treninga. Svi ispitanici ovoga rada su ispunili anketu koja se temeljila na ozljedama prilikom Crossfit treninga i natjecanja. Prilikom analize ispunjenih anketnih upitnika zabilježeno je ukupno 63 ozljede, iz čega proizlazi da je prosjek ozljeđivanja 0,68 po ispitaniku. Najčešći period ozljeđivanja bio je prilikom treninga (91.8%), a na natjecanjima (8.2%). Prenaprezanja tetiva (33.7%) bio je najčešće izabrani tip ozljeda.
Najčešće ozljeđivani su rame, koljeno i donji dio leđa koji zauzimaju ĉak 38.1% od ukupnih ozljeda zabilježenih po regijama tijela. Ozljeda donjeg dijela leđa zauzima 15.2% od ukupnog broja zabilježenih ozljeda, te ju slijede rame s 12% i koljeno s 10.9% od ukupnog broja ozljeda. Ozbiljne ozljede koje pokazuju odsustvo od treninga i natjecanja od 15 i više dana prevladavaju te ih je označilo ĉak 34 ispitanika što čini 37%.
Prema statistiĉkim podacima o broju sudionika u istraživanju u Republici Hrvatskoj i broju ozljeda dobiven je rezultat temeljem kojeg se na 1000 sati Crossfit treninga dogodi 3.78 ozljeda.
Abstract (english) The study was conducted on the cause of 92 respondents - members of Crossfit gym ("Box") in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The aim of this paper was to determine the type and frequency of sports injuries, the place of their occurrence, the degree of severity of the injury and the differences in injury between age categories.
The results of the research should also serve as a guide for Crossfit program coaches in developing quality prevention programs and improving training quality. Respondents completed a personal injury survey. A total of 63 injuries were recorded in the analysis of the survey questionnaires, resulting in an average injury rate of 0.68 per respondent. The most common injury period was during training (91.8%) and in competitions (8.2%).
Tendon strain (33.7%) was the most commonly selected type of injury.
The most commonly injured are the shoulder, knee and lower back, accounting for as much as 38.1% of the heel injuries recorded by body region. The lower back injury accounts for 15.2% of the total number of injuries reported, followed by the shoulder with 12% and the knee with 10.9% of the total number of injuries. Serious injuries that show a lack of training and competitions of 15 days or more are prevalent and were marked by as many as 34 respondents, accounting for 37%.
According to the statistical data on the number of participants in the research in the Republic of Croatia and the number of injuries, a result was obtained, which results in 3.78 injuries per 1000 hours of Crossfit training.
