Abstract
Na tržištu postoji sve veća prisutnost raznih aplikacija, a problem je kako prepoznati aplikaciju koja je osobi korisna uzimajući u obzir spol, dobnu grupu, razinu tjelesne aktivnosti i vremena koje se može utrošiti za vježbanje. Cilj rada usporediti aplikacije temeljem njihovih funkcija i izabrati one koje omogućuju najbolji i individualizirani pristup vježbanju. Usporediti web aplikacije, android aplikacije i iphone aplikacije temeljem njihovih ulaznih varijabli putem kojih individualiziraju i optimiziraju treninge u rekreaciji. Dob, spol, visina, težina, povijest bolesti, testovi koji se koriste za procjenu. Deskriptivna statistika će se koristiti s ciljem prezentiranja frekvencija varijabli motoričkih i funkcionalnih sposobnosti, ciljevi treninga. Pregledom dostupnih aplikacija uvidjeli smo da ne postoji velika razlika između njih te da aplikacije ne uvažavaju trenutačno stanje treniranosti kako i informacije o stanju zdravlja te motoričkim i funkcionalnim sposobnostima.
Abstract (english)
There is a growing presence of various applications on the market, the problem is how to identify an application that is useful to a person given the age, gender and level of physical activity and time that a person has to exercise. The aim of this paper is to compare applications based on their functions and select the ones that allow the most individualized approach to exercise. Compare web applications, android applications and iphone applications based on their input variables through which they individualize and optimize training in recreation. Age, Gender, height, weight, medical history, tests used to assess. Descriptive statistics will be used to present the frequencies of variables of motor and functional abilities, training objectives. By reviewing the available applications, we realized that there is no big difference between them and that the applications do not take into account the current state of training as well as information about the state of health and motor and functional abilities.
