Abstract Diplomski rad prikazuje bitne teorijske osnove potrebne za poučavanje urbane kalistenike te osposobljavanje učenika i učenica za samostalno tjelesno vježbanje u nastavi i izvan nastave Tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture. Prvi pozitivni primjeri pojave urbane kalistenike u nastavi osnovnog i srednjeg školstva javili su se 2013. godine u osnovnim i srednjim školama grada Zagreba suradnjom nastavnika, učitelja i Hrvatskog street workout saveza. Odlukom o donošenju kurikuluma Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja 2019. godine, omogućeno je uvođenje elemenata urbane kalistenike u redovitu nastavu Tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture prema odgojno obrazovnim ishodima za određeni razred. Ovaj rad predstavlja informacije potrebne za objašnjavanje prednosti i svrhe vježbanja urbane kalistenike kao i informacije potrebne za uvođenje razrednih odjela u programe vježbanja urbane kalistenike. Poglavlje Osnove urbane kalistenike obrađuje i područje povijesti urbane kalistenike, određivanje ciljeva u urbanoj kalistenici na primjerima, prevenciju ozljeda u urbanoj kalistenici te planiranje i programiranje treninga urbane kalistenike na primjeru jednog mikrociklusa vježbanja. Poseban doprinos rada je prilagođavanje urbane kalistenike senzitivnim fazama razvoja motoričkih sposobnosti učenika i učenica. Programski sadržaji izneseni u radu predstavljaju, osim samih motoričkih znanja, način razmišljanja kako samostalno osmisliti i modificirati određene vježbe urbane kalistenike kao i druge vježbe koje se koriste u nastavi Tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture. U četvrtom poglavlju navedeni su primjeri nastavnih sati za osnovnu i srednju školu s uputama kako se pripremiti za vježbanje te kako određene elementarne igre prilagoditi urbanoj kalistenici modifikacijom sadržaja, organizacijom rada i pravilima pojedine igre. U petom poglavlju opisuje se primjer vrednovanja odgojno obrazovnog rada načinom vrednovanja „vrednovanje kao učenje“. U zaključku su iznesene dodatne preporuke za poučavanje ove tjelesne aktivnosti. Za kraj ostaje pročitati, modificirati, pripremiti i koristiti dijelove ovog rada u funkciji vježbanja urbane kalistenike i postizanja odgojno obrazovnih ishoda te individualnih ciljeva u vježbanju.
Abstract (english) The thesis presents important theoretical foundations required for teaching urban calisthenics and training students for independent physical exercise in school classes and outside the context of physical education classes. The first positive examples of the appearance of urban calisthenics in primary and secondary school classes was recorded in 2013, namely in primary and secondary schools in the city of Zagreb, through cooperation between primary and secondary school teachers and the Croatian Street Workout association. The decision to adopt the curriculum of the Ministry of Science and Education in 2019 enabled the introduction of elements of urban calisthenics in regular physical education classes according to the educational outcomes for a particular grade. This paper presents the information needed to explain the benefits and purposes of urban calisthenics exercise, as well as the information needed to introduce students to urban calisthenics exercise programs. The chapter Fundamentals of Urban Calisthenics also deals with the history of urban calisthenics, setting goals in urban calisthenics with examples, prevention of injuries in urban calisthenics, as well as planning and programming urban calisthenics on the example of one training micro-cycle. A special contribution of the paper is the adaptation of urban calisthenics to the sensitive phases of the development of motor skills of primary and secondary school students. In addition to motor knowledge, the program-related content presented in the paper represents a way of thinking about how to independently design and modify certain urban calisthenics exercises, as well as other exercises used in physical education classes. The fourth chapter provides examples of primary and secondary school classes with instructions on how to prepare for exercising and how to adapt certain elementary games to urban calisthenics through modification of content, organization of work and the rules of each game. The fifth chapter describes an example of the evaluation of educational work using the “evaluation as learning” method of evaluation. The conclusion provides additional recommendations for teaching this physical activity. Finally, parts of this paper remain to be read, modified, prepared and used in the function of urban calisthenics exercise, as well as achieving educational outcomes and individual goals in exercise.
