Abstract
U područjima rekreacije i kineziterapije nerijetko se spominje odabir vježbi iz koncepta otvorenog i zatvorenog kinetičkog lanca. Oba koncepta imaju zajedničke karakteristike i svoju primjenu, bitno je poznavanje njihovih osnovnih biomehaničkih i fizioloških razlika kod odabira vježbi. Prilikom izvođenja odabranih vježbi otvorenog i zatvorenog kinetičkog lanca moguć je diferenciran utjecaj na lokomotorni sustav ovisno o cilju kineziološkog tretmana. Vježbe otvorenog i zatvorenog kinetičkog lanca imaju svoje prednosti i nedostatke, njihovom usporedbom, načinom praktične primjene u treningu i kineziterapiji sa rekreativnom populacijom može se kvalitetnije odabrati skup vježbi za rješavanje određenog kineziološkog problema. Cilj je dobro poznavanje karakteristika oba koncepta, a ne traženja odgovora na pitanje „koji je koncept bolji“ jer oba imaju svoje prednosti i nedostatke. Poznavanjem značajki oba koncepta odabir vježbi za grupu i pojedinca može biti primjereniji ciljevima te se rezultati u tjelesnom vježbanju i kineziterapiji mogu postići na brži, učinkovitiji i svrsishodniji način.
Abstract (english)
In the fields of recreation and kinesitherapy, the selection of exercises from the concept of open and closed kinetic chain is often mentioned. Both concepts have common characteristics and applications for themselves, and it is important to know their basic biomechanical and physiological differences. When performing selected open and closed kinetic chain exercises, we can influence the locomotor system differently depending on the goal of the kinesiological treatment. Open and closed kinetic chain exercises have their advantages and disadvantages, by comparing them, the method of practical application in training and kinesitherapy with the recreational population, you can choose a better set of exercises to solve a particular kinesiological problem. The goal is to have a good knowledge of the characteristics in both concepts, and not to separate them into a concept which is better because neither of those two concepts is ideal. With a quality knowledge of the characteristics, the selection of exercises for the selected group and individuals can be of better quality and the results can be achieved in a better and more meaningful way.
