Video analitika ima ključnu ulogu u modernom nogometu, omogućujući timovima detaljnu pripremu kroz analizu performansi, taktika i strategija. Video analitičari, kao članovi stručnog stožera, surađuju s trenerima u analizi grešaka i pripremi za utakmice, fokusirajući se na karakteristike protivnika i njihov stil igre. Nakon uvodnog dijela rada u kojem su predstavljene osnovne informacije bitne za razumijevanje rada, u drugom se poglavlju navodi koncept video analitike u kontekstu sporta općenito. Navedeno poglavlje govori o važnosti video analitike u sportu te na koji način ona može pomoći stručnom osoblju u sportu. U poglavlju povijesti i razvoja video analitike predstavljeni su pioniri ovog područja koje je usko povezano s notacijskom analizom gdje su i krenuli prvi koraci video analitike. U četvrtom poglavlju fokus je stavljen na načine snimanja koji su nekada bili prisutni u početcima video analize sve do današnjih kamera koje automatski snimaju utakmice pomoću umjetne inteligencije, a pomoću strojnog učenja istovremeno vrše statistiku događaja na utakmicama i treninzima. Nakon toga je detaljnije objašnjen način funkcioniranja umjetne inteligencije u video analitici i na koji način je ona unaprijedila područje posla video analitičara. U zadnjem je poglavlju detaljno obrađena primjena analitike u nogometu i opisani radni zadaci, vještine i obaveze video analitičara. Njihove zadaće uključuju između ostalog snimanje utakmica i treninga, analizu snimaka i statistika te izradu detaljnih izvještaja. Ove informacije koriste se za kreiranje taktike i individualnih planova igrača. Prisustvo analitičara na terenu omogućuje im aktivno sudjelovanje u osmišljavanju i provedbi treninga, pružajući igračima izravnu povratnu informaciju.
Abstract (english) The aim of this work was to present the use of video analytics in football and how video analytics helps in the development of success in football. Video analytics play a key role in modern football, allowing teams to prepare in detail through analysis of performance, tactics and strategy. Video analysts, as members of the professional staff, cooperate with coaches in analyzing mistakes and preparing for the match, focusing on the characteristics of the opponents and their style of play. After the introductory part of the paper in which the basic information essential for understanding the paper is presented, the second chapter states the concept of video analytics in the context of sports in general. The mentioned chapter talks about the importance of video analytics in sports and how it can help professional staff in sports. The chapter on the history and development of video analytics presents the pioneers of this field, which is closely related to notational analysis, where the first steps of video analytics began. In the fourth chapter, the focus is on the recording methods that were once present in the beginners of video analysis up to today's cameras that automatically record matches using artificial intelligence, and with the help of machine learning, statistics of events in matches and trainings are simultaneously performed. After that, it was explained in more detail how artificial intelligence works in video analytics and how it improved the field of work of video analysts. In the last chapter, the application of analytics in football is discussed in detail and the work tasks, skills and obligations of video analysts are described. Their tasks include, among other things, the recording of matches and training sessions, the analysis of recordings and statistics, and the creation of detailed reports. This information is used to create tactics and individual player plans. The presence of analysts on the field allows them to actively participate in the design and implementation of training, providing the players with direct feedback.
