Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati proces rehabilitacije nakon različitih ozljeda ramenog zgloba, unutar koje se koriste razna fizikalna sredstva, te plan i program kineziterapijskog vježbanja u svrhu oporavka nakon ozljede. Oporavak od ozljede ramenog zgloba konzervativnim načinom traje 2 – 3 mjeseca dok oporavak nakon operativnog načina liječenja traje 4-6 mjeseci što ovakve ozljede po duljini trajanja oporavka svrstava odmah iza ozljeda križnih ligamenata koljena. Sa kineziološkog stajališta kineziterapija sadrži elemente primijenjene kineziologije, gdje operatori služe u procesu terapije. Njena primjena u liječenju traje od akutne faze pa do potpunog oporavka pacijenta, u većini slučajeva i nakon oporavka u smislu prevencije i ponovnog javljanja ozljede. Cilj kineziterapije je procesom vježbanja i rehabilitacije poslije bolesti ili ozljede olakšati čovjeku njegovo vraćanje u prirodni način života i olakšati mu radno manipulativna opterećenja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of rehabilitation after the different shoulder injuries, within which the use of physical agents, and curriculum kinesitherapeutic treatment. Recovering from injuries of the shoulder joint conservative way takes 2-3 months until recovery of the operating modes of treatment lasts 4-6 months, and this type of injury on the duration of recovery ranks just behind cruciate ligament knee injury. From the point of view of kinesiology, kinesiteraphy contains elements of applied kinesiology, where operators are used in the treatment process. Its use in the treatment of acute phase lasts until the complete recovery of the patient, and in some cases after recovery with a sense of preventing the return and re-injury. The goal of physical training is the process of training and rehabilitation after illness or injury to facilitate his return to man the natural way of life and ease his work load manipulative.
