Abstract
Starenje, stres, sedentarni način života, sve to negativno utječe na naše tijelo. Mnoga znanstvena istraživanja posvećena su baš tim spoznajama. Unatoč tome, danas se sve više susrećemo s degenerativnim promjenama kako na kralježnici tako i na ostalim zglobovima. Pravilnim provođenjem kinezioloških znanja možemo na vrijeme prevenirati degenerativne promjene koje nastaju starenjem. Tjelesna aktivnost, kao jedna od najvažnijih faktora u prevenciji različitih promjena koje se događaju starenjem, omogućava takvoj osobi održavanje stabilnosti tijela i duha. Stoga se u radu, pored osnovnih informacija o starenju i kralježnici, nastoji detaljnije pojasniti koje su to najčešće degenerativne promjene koje zahvaćaju kralježnicu te prikaz različitih vježbi za prevenciju degenerativnih promjena na kralježnici.
Abstract (english)
Aging, stress and the sedentary lifestyle negatively affects on our body. Many scientific researchers are devoted to this area. Nevertheless, today we are increasingly confronted with degenerative changes both in the spine and in the other joints. By proper use of knowledge from the field of kinesiology, we can prevent degenerative changes that are caused by aging. Physical activity, as one of the most important factor in the prevention of various changes occuring with aging, allows such person to maintain the stability of the body and the spirit. Therefore, in addition to the basic information about aging and the spine, the paper tries to explain in more detail what are the most common degenerative changes affecting the spine and the various exercises for the prevention of degenerative changes in the spine.
