Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je ustanoviti da li je test kognitivnih sposobnosti u korelaciji s deficitom fine motorike gornjih ekstremiteta. Istraživanje se vršilo na uzorku od 30 pacijenata, različite dobi i spola, kojima je dijagnosticirana multipla skleroza. Koristio se veći broj varijabli (devet varijabli) za procjenu kognitivnih sposobnosti. U istraživanju se za procjenu kognitivnog funkcioniranja osobe provodio MOCA test (Montreal cognitiveassessment) kojim se procjenjivala pažnja, koncentracija, izvršne funkcije, pamćenje, govor, razumjevanje problema, koordinacija fine motorike i spacijalnih sposobnosti (vizuokonstruktivne sposobnosti), računanje i orijentacija, nakon što su pacijenti proveli prethodno dva ispitivanja za finu motoriku, provodeći „9 hole peg“ test i „20 cents“ test.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this graduate thesis was to determine whether the cognitive ability test was correlated with the fine extremity motor skills deficit.The study was conducted on a sample of 30 patients of different ages and sex, who were diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and who were suffering from it. In this research we used MOCA test for cognitive functioning assessment where we evaluated focus, concentration, executive functions, memory, speech, problem understanding and solving abilities, motor coordination, visuo constructional abilities, computing and orientation. Afterthat, patients conducted two examinations for fine motor skillsusing ˝9 hole peg˝test and ˝20 cents˝test.
