Abstract
Ciljevi kineziterapije općenito su; uspostavljanje, održavanje i povećanje obujma pokreta, održavanje i povećanje mišićne snage. U ovom diplomskom radu bit će opisan kineziterapijski postupak nakon ozljede gležnja. Prikazat će se odgovarajuće vježbe kako bi se u što kraćem vremenu sportaš mogao vratiti treningu odnosno kako bi se u prvoj fazi vratio opseg pokreta i fleksibilnost, nakon toga potrebno je vratiti snagu prije povratka sportskim aktivnostima i provoditi vježbe prevencije da ne dođe do nove ozljede, te nakon toga poraditi na vježbama ravnoteže i propriocepcije za vraćanje stabilnosti zglobu.
Abstract (english)
The main aim of kinesitherapy in general is: recovery, maintenance and increasing volume of movement and also increasing muscle strength. The main aim of this graduate work is to see what type of kinesitherapy is there after sprain ankle. To find a treatment so athletes can return to their training as quickly as possible. Or in the first phase return full volume of movement and flexibility and after that it is necessary to return the strength. Reason for doing all that is firstly so an athlete can go back to training and on the other hand to prevent the new injuries and with balance exercise return stability.
