Abstract
Nogometna igra vrlo je zahtjevna i kompleksna aktivnost s obzirom na dimenzije terena te prostorni odnos i suradnju između igrača dviju suprotstavljenih ekipa te zahtjeva visoku razinu razvijenosti motoričkih, funkcionalnih i kognitivnih sposobnosti, kao i konativnih dimenzija ličnosti uz odgovarajući morfološki status koji se razlikuje čak i po pozicijama. Cilj ovog rada jest prikazati razvoj onih motoričkih sposobnosti koje omogućuju uspješnost u nogometu, a definirane su jednadžbom specifikacije. Razvoj svake motoričke sposobnosti potkrijepljen je primjerima osnovnih vježbi kroz senzitivne faze po dobnim kategorijama. Da bi se razumio značaj razvoja motoričkih sposobnosti, u radu su također objašnjene i osnovne zakonitosti rasta i razvoja ljudskog tijela, na temelju kojih se može planirati i programirati proces selekcije te sam trenažni proces.
Abstract (english)
Football game is a very demanding and complex activity with respect to the field dimension and the spatial relationship and co-operation between the players of the two opposing teams and demands a high level of development of motor, functional and cognitive abilities as well as the conative dimensions of personality with the corresponding morphological status that varies even by positions.The aim of this study is to show the development of those motor skills that enable success in football and are defined by the equation of the specification. The development of each motor skill is supported by examples of basic exercises through the sensitive stages by age categories. In order to understand the importance of the development of motor skills, the study also explains basic principles of human body growth and development, based on which the selection process and the training process can be planned and programmed.
